Interchange North West
The service provides respite care to families who have a child with a physical, intellectual or sensory disability. The care of the child with a disability is provided on a regular basis within the volunteer’s own home, usually one weekend a month. Some people prefer one-day visits and/or an occasional overnight stay. Recreation, school holiday and camping programs are also available. Services Cities of Hume and Moreland.
