Melbourne Medical Companion Project

The project utilises trained volunteers to meet people who are aged, have a disability or are frail at major bus terminals and Southern Cross Station and escort them to and from planned medical appointments in the CBD.

The pilot is targeting regional Victoria, however metropolitan residents could also utilise the service. It may be of use to carers, people beingor their family members. I have asked for some postcards to be forwarded to me if anyone is interested.
