NEBULA - A vehicle for contemporary arts
Landing at ACMI 5 March!
Arts Access Victoria is pleased to announce the launch of its newest project, the revolutionary Nebula artspace.
Nebula is Australia’s first portable arts space created with the needs of artists with a disability at the centre of its design. Nebula adapts to the art and the artists by placing the needs and intentions of the artists at the centre of its function, transforming into a gallery, workshop/ seminar space or performing arts venue.
This state of the art venue will be launched in conjunction with ACMI’s William Kentridge: Five Themes exhibition. We invite you to visit this revolutionary art space: to watch the artists as they work during Artists in Residence sessions led by Artistic Director, Rhian Hinkley, or attend an extraordinary talk with Nebula designers Andrew Maynard Architects.
Nebula will be open to the public from March 5 to March 10, 2012.

NEBULA is a project of Arts Access Victoria’s Art Day South artists, created with the support of The William Buckland Foundation and Bendigo Bank. Arts Access Victoria acknowledges the support of Arts Victoria, Australia Council for the Arts and Department of Human Services.
